These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website, doityourselfimmigration.org (the “Website”), and associated content, software, and applications (collectively, the “Service”).

DoItYourSelfImmigration may promptly terminate these Terms or any Services with respect to you or may deny access to the Services or any part thereof, at any given time for any reason.

DoItYourSelfImmigration may revise the Terms related to the Services from time to time. Changes will take place based on DoItYourSelfImmigration updated policies or additional terms on the applicable Services. Users agree that DoItYourSelfImmigration reserves the right to collect and store the personal information of its users. DoItYourSelfImmigration believes in maintaining our client’s trust and confidentiality. Personal information will not be released regarding our clients/users unless we receive a court order or a police permit from the governing authorities in case of a criminal investigation, personal injury, or property damage.

Eligibility

The Service is strictly for your personal/non-commercial use, unless you enter into a separate agreement with us for your commercial use. You may not use the Service if we have terminated any account of yours or banned you.

We may revoke our consent to a Link at any time, without prior notice. If we notify you that you may no longer link to the Service, or to a page or document, you must promptly (and, in any event, within three (3) business days) remove all affected Links from Your Site.

DIYSI DISCLAIMS ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, NOT EXPRESSLY SET OUT IN THESE TERMS, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. MOREOVER, DIYSI PROVIDES NO REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY, OR GUARANTEE ABOUT THE AUTHENTICITY, COMPETENCE, CONSISTENCY, ACCESSIBILITY, AND QUALITY OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS PROVIDED TO YOU BY USING OUR PLATFORM. ADDITIONALLY, USERS MUST ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE ONUS IS ON THEM FOR ANY MISHAP OCCURRING DUE TO THEIR USE OF THE SERVICES OR BY PURCHASING ANY OF THE PRODUCTS.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT DOITYOURSELFIMMIGRATION IS NOT LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY SERVICE, PRODUCT, OR LOGISTICS SERVICES BROUGHT TO YOU BY THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS. FURTHERMORE, DIYSI ASSOCIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND VOLUNTEERS BEAR NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY OR ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, LOSSES, LIABILITIES, RESULTING FROM UTILIZING OUR SERVICES AND PRODUCTS OR SERVICES AND PRODUCTS PROVIDED TO YOU BY THIRD PARTIES.
